Chiropractor Berg has given some VERY questionable advice over the years. I wouldn't trust him to tell me what time it is.

Nope. Dr. Ornish, Dr. Esselstyn, Original Pritiken diets, all of which reversed heart disease did not worry about Vit K2. Just a lot of speculation and conjecture with nothing to back it up.

I was wondering why chiropractors were influencing out of their lanes, rather than sticking to their "training" in pushing/pulling on joints etc. Berg is trying to be expert on all things medical.

So I did a quick Google search on "chropractor plant diet" and found numerous chiropractor groups promoting plant based diet, which is 1000x better than my primary care ever has, or any other specialist for that matter.

Don't paint all chiropractors with the same brush. Remember, Alan Goldhamer is a chiropractor and Dr McDougall admits he sends his problem patients to *him* at True North!

Dr. Goldhamer told me that he thought about going to med school. (I have no doubt he would have easily made it through.) But, if the had become an M.D. he would have been faced with many legal and ethical dilemmas in promoting his water fasting protocols. So for him, the best route was to go to and become chiropractor.
