Blue poop

Apparently food transit time is indicative of gut health. There is a blue poop challenge described here:

You eat blue muffins and see how long before your poop is blue. Less than 20 hours being ideal.

Personally, I use beets!

There's actually a recipe. Why not just eat beets?

Very interesting.

Landog, so you eat beets and then see how long it takes for them to come out? I wonder if you could eat corn and see how long the transit time is for that. Or perhaps you could mix some of the Royal Blue Food coloring gel in with other food you eat and see the transit time of that.

I don't eat the processed muffins they suggest so I wouldn't take the test unless I could eat beets, corn or some of the blue gel mixed with the MWL food I eat.
