COQ-10 to Counteract Statin Drugs?

HI! Does anyone know if Dr. McDougall recommends the use of COQ-10 to counteract the side-effects of statin drugs? Just curious. I recently watched Dr. McDougall's video on supplements. Thank you!

I don't know what McDougall says about COQ-10, but my husband's neurosurgeon told him to take that supplement for the very same reason.
