Yes, typically: unless you've a nut allergy/sensitivity. It is more a condiment than a mainstay on the program, e.g. something to put onto your cereal in a morning, not as a staple drink to replace water.
The unsweetened versions would be the one to go for if possible, as this avoids excess added refined sugar over time that's unnecessary - sweeten cereal with fresh or dried fruit if you need to. It's unlikely to cause excess gas, unless you have a sensitivity or reaction to one of the ingredients (as mentioned). Occasionally, people can have issues with the likes of stabilisers like carrageenan that are added to commercial plant milks - if so, try making your own at home. It's not difficult, plenty of Internet recipes that'll help you with that, and see how you get on.
