Atrial Fibrillation

Postby hallelujahgirl » Sun May 01, 2022 10:02 am

What causes the atrials to miss fire. I read on-line that it is caused by the small veins that collapse and don't fire properly. The article said this can't be restored. What is the McDougall feed back on this? Of course, Im in hopes that a WFPB diet might restore such an issue. Echocardiogram is normal, heart monitoring shows no more fibrilation.(it showed up when I had Covid.). Dr recommends staying on blood thinner meds for life, since fibrillation will probably happen again. Even if only minor. To protect against risk of stroke should it happen again. Thanks for your feedback. Carol
