Hello, all. I'm still experimenting with finding the proper ratios of starch to non-starch in my diet. It's been hit or miss.
1. I find that eating potatoes adds weight to my body, even with a very high volume of non-starchy vegetables. Does this attenuate over time (as in, you need less food once you've adjusted to the program) or do I need to try different starches?
2. If you used MWL to lose you to a healthy weight, did you continue to follow MWL protocol to maintain, or did you find that you naturally ate in the proper portions?
3. For those not using MWL, how did you find the proper starch-to-non-starch ratios?
