Who watched the Chef Aj interview with Dr. McDougall today about kidney health? It was a fantastic interview! I realize how I don't need to eat beans/legumes daily as I have been. I usually eat about 2/3 cup daily -maybe decreasing them now and replacing with more rice. I want to preserve my kidneys for the rest of my life!

I learned a lot from this. I didn't think I was overloading my kidneys with plant protein, but i am going to track it for a week to see if I need to cut back a bit.

I just recently been seeing her videos with Dr. McDougall showing up on youtube and they're great! It's a good format for new presentations.
