Boosting Nitric Oxide Production

I have seen some of Nathan Bryan's videos on the importance of nitric oxide. He seems like he knows what he is talking about, but I can never get a clear picture of the best way to increase levels. I bought beet root powder supplements, salad mixes, etc. I don't want to be drinking beet juice every day, etc.

I am totally confused about how all this works. Any thoughts if these beet root gummies are worth it?

Stay away from any supplements promoting nitric oxide production. Consuming generous amounts of leafy green vegetables will results increase nitric oxide production significantly.
