I know that many of you, especially newbies, have struggles with certain issues and one of mine has been how to stop pigging out when I get home from work. I eat lunch at 11:30 and then don't get home until 6:30pm. I have tried all kinds of raw foods, etc. in the afternoon but nothing seemed to last for me...until I decided to eat a banana around 4:00pm. I have tried it for a week now and I haven't gorged when I get home and I find I don't want to eat as much in the evening. I don't know if it is something specific to the banana, but nothing else has ever worked for me like this. Anyway, I just wanted to share what worked for me in case someone else is also struggling.
