I had a little satori yesterday..

I went to the Department of Motor Vehicles to renew my drivers license. To simplify my life, I renewed for 8 years. Then I saw my drivers license photo..eew! 8 years is a long time to live with that, and I am never going to look any better or younger than I do right now!

But then it occurred to me...if I just continue to eat the way I do now, I will NEVER weigh more than I do right now, and in fact, I am in better shape at 54 than I have been in years. I have a race tomorrow, my BP is down, I am working hard on the cholesterol...I really feel pretty good!

So, hurray for this lifestyle...
