Sandie, your recipe site is so helpful! I'd love to see you put the link in your signature line, so new folks could see it whenever you post! (And that goes for anyone else who has a website with their McD recipes/story on it).

My quick and easy

Postby Veggiewannabe » Mon Oct 30, 2006 11:48 am

I always keeps a few different kinds of frozen veggies in the freezer and the pre-cooked brown rice also from the freezer section. Nuke them both, throw them together with a little Tamari soy sauce....yummy!

Another one I've come to love is from JanTz I believe....potato sandwiches. Left over spuds...slice them, put them between bread with some yummy, zippy mustard and lettuce....very good and VERY filling.

Hi Janet~

In your quick and easy meal, you say Boca "meat", 3 in a box....what section of the store do you get this from? I've only seen the Gimme Lean brand. Is your Boca brand all cooked and crumbled, or just what form is it?

Thanks much for your information~

My recipe is very similar to Sandie's and here's the one I've used.

This recipe is posted on the PCRM website:

Hi there! I'm not Janet, but I can help. The ground Boca is found in the freezer section, along with the Morningstar brand. I believe the Gimme Lean brand is in the refrigerated section. Personally, I like the Boca brand better than Morningstar; "back in the day", Morningstar was all I could find, & felt darn lucky when I could snag it! :D
