Hi folks,
down 1 1/2 pounds this week. We were off on Easter break this week and last so there were a few more coffee outings than usual. Still, going the right way at least. I've also noticed that I've been dipping into the bread basket more than usual, so I'll keep an eye on this this week.
Does anybody else find it's easier when you're working? I've got my food for the day laid out and I make sure that at the end of the day I've had my 3 pieces of fruit as snacks. When I'm on holidays I really don't eat enough fruit because there are other things to snack on on hand
Not a good thing to have access to the kitchen all day. I should start working on a strategy for the summer break to make sure that I don't have 8 weeks of convenience snacking then. Fingers crossed we'll have a dry summer so that I can include more walking as well. The weather's not been terribly good and I've been making excuses for not walking (or going to the gym, which makes no sense at all since it's indoors).
