I don't think I've ever seen a pre-packaged breakfast bar that falls within the legal parameters of the MWL program.
They all tend to be either high in fat or high in sugar, or both.
Try to think outside the box when it comes to snacking and quick breakfasts. And check out the website above.
I do a more restricted Program to maintain my weight & health. I have been McDougalling for about 30 years, with a long transition, until I finally accepted this lifestyle, stayed on Program and reached my goal back in 2006.
