Red Rice vs Brown Rice

Hello and Happy New Year!

I started The MWL program, again last week. :wink:
I have been eating red Rice, instead of brown rice( I have a lot in my pantry, avoiding going shopping unnecessarily,)

Research seems to reveal it is much higher in fat, potassium, and lower in fibre.

Seeking clarification if it is MWL compliant.

It's whole grain rice, so it's fine.

All grains vary in the amount of fat they contain, but so does all seeds, all beans, even all fruit. Would you not eat oatmeal because it has more fat than brown rice? Would you not eat garbanzo beans because it has more fat than pinto beans? Would you not eat an apple because it has more fat than an orange?
