Is whole wheat cream of wheat MWL approved?

Postby RusticBohemian » Fri Jan 14, 2022 7:44 am

It's ground up to some extent. So is it a whole grain like oatmeal? Or is it pretty much just whole wheat flour by another name?

I know whole wheat flour isn't WML approved, so how does farina fit in?

(PTF) I'm not sure either. I ran a search in the forums and some on the boards were definitely eating it, but I don't know if it is actually on-plan.
