2-week challenge: Day 5

Success today! I managed to curb my snack attacks while shopping today. I took time to make 2 snack bean wraps to eat on the road, because I knew once in town, I'm just liable to slip up. And it paid off! I can do this,... if not perfectly, then successfully in the end! So today, I say, "Go, me"

B- coffee and oatmeal (I think...it's been a whopping long day, LOL)
L- 2 bean wraps (on the road)
D- Cabbage and vegetable barley soup

crystal light
water

I use a whole wheat 5" tortilla (Which really isn't MWL, it's just original McDougall plan) about 1/4 c. refried beans with onion powder, cumin, chili powder, and a good bit of shredded lettuce. If I'm eating at home, I'll add a dash of salsa; it's usually too runny for the road, though. And these are really good broiled until crispy on top.
