Hey Nettie,
Love the Lorax has the right idea. You can just take your old posts and edit them into a linear fashion - wouldn't take you long - you've really already written your bio for the star mcdougaller section. Just copy and paste your posts onto a word document and edit away....

What an inspiration you are!! That is incredible. You have probably bought back about 10 years to your life by making these changes. How much exercise do you do now? 30 min or 1 hr a day?

Hi, Hazel, no I am not a Star McDougaller yet! But I'm trying to get up the gumption to submit my story to be one! (So those are not my pictures.) However, people in my life do say that I look younger and healthier.

Nettie!!! I am so proud of you! I haven't been able to get to the boards on a regular basis because of basketball season for my kids, but it is great to see your continued progress with McDougalling! I sure hope you will submit your Star story and also contribute to Dr. Campbell's research thing as well.

Keep up the great work and keep encouraging others, too!
