In one year theres what's changed

Dropped -
A1c
BP
Triglycerides 405 to 200
Weight 225 to 206
Sodium few points
Ldl few points

Went up-
Hdl. Few points
Egfr few points
Total cholesterol 153 to 172
Calcium a little
Protein a little.

Starch, no oil. Peanuts though. Lots of peanuts. No meat, eggs, dairy. I mention peanuts? Had to tighten back up and back off the peanuts and lower serving sizes due to bp going back up some and a few pounds coming back and fasting sugars back up to 124 for a high. Some of the changes could be the sedentary lifestyle since the covid crap started. Dr wasnt impressed much. A1c 6.2 prescribed metformin. Told her she was nuts. And to bring the cholesterol down she said to cut down on fried foods and est more fruits and veggies. They dont pay any attention to nothing do they? I said I dont est fried foods and all I eat if fruits and veggies.......ugh

Excellent results. Cholesterol can go up when losing weight, so don’t stress that number. Get rid of the peanuts, though, I bet you A1C will lower, too. Keep it up!

You've made wonderful progress in one year; congratulations! :-D

When you mention peanuts, are they dry roasted = no oil? I know you mentioned that you don't consume oil otherwise.

It's amazing how those tasty little buggers can affect our #'s, isn't it? :?
