Hello everyone,

Just wanted to share my weight loss. I’m 65lbs down from when I started 2 years ago. I did starch solution for a year and have been using the MWL for the past year (and using the forum here to record every week without fail). The help I’ve got on this site has been absolutely invaluable. 2 years ago I never thought I’d see myself as a “before and after” but I’m pretty much there. I’ve got a couple of pounds to go until my dream weight (my goal weight originally was 10lbs heavier than I am now, I didn’t think I could get lighter!)
Naturally there have been a few challenges over the last couple of years and originally I wasn’t as fully committed as I should have been.The second year the MWL forum on here has been such a help. And Mark’s advice on there has been worth gold.

Anyway, here I am almost at dream weight, never been hungry, eat portion sizes that frighten people, free of junk food cravings and healthier at 40 than I was at 20.

I agree with what they said! You look strong and healthy, and happy. It saddens me when I am out and about to see so many overweight people; it has become the 'norm', so to see a healthy athletic trim fit body shows all the possibilities for living our best lives. Marsha
