Congratulations!
Did you restrict your diet beyond just eating starches and a few fruits and veggies?
Do you limit salt?

I don't add any salt, not really felt the need to, I eat alot of sweet potatoes and veg, also beans in various form.

I have Ground flax with my oat every morning. Berries daily, Lots of leafy greens, broccoli spinach or kale normally, Mushrooms, red onions and beans every day

Thanks for providing these details.
Do you consume much grain for example whole/white rice, bread, corn or barley?

Im not a fan of bread some much so don't eat it often, I do have Brown or Natural rice, some sweet corn from time to time, and i do like baked potatoes a few times a week.

Congratulations, Earl. I would love to surprise and astonish my doctor the way you did. Also, your diet sounds really impressive.

Wow, congratulations Earl. I can see that you've been on quite the journey :)

Any advice for a fellow starchivore that just started? Do you go 50% Starch and 50% Veggies? Or 70/30?

Did you have any issues with gas/bloating? Other issues?

Thanks,
A
