Dr. McDougall's Online Discussion Board

Hi I'm new to this so thanks for having me. I had contacted Dr MacDougall as I have mild psoriasis in my lower arms , and he very kindly replied with lots of info and links. I am starting the MacDougall diet in earnest, as previously I have only played about with it, and having just purchased his book ,` The Starch Solution `, am looking forward to eating this way .
