I have a bit of a complicated medical past, but suffice it to say I have been vegan for 6 years and attempting (with many glitches) to be wfpb for about 2. Recently I got a very painful swollen finger so I thought I would try the 10 day online meal plan, But that doesnt change much as I already ate this way to a large extent.
So I want to try the elimination diet. Can anyone point me to people's experiences with it, what to cook, any basic food meal plans. I understand the basics from Dr. M's website. But more in-depth knowledge would be great. Or point me to the right discussion please.
