The weights coming off slowly, but its coming off at 1.5 Lbs a week. So,this is my basic plan: morning : sweet potato with blueberries. Lunch :brown rice with corn and some beans. snack: McDougals soup;Pan Thai and added leftover WW pasta (worried me though) alot of sodium over 600 mg. Dinner: WW pasta with vegetables,salad with red wine vinegar,soup will reduce the sodium packet. I havent had any junk food and Im not craving it. I hope Im on the right track. Its not perfect but this is what Ive been doing.
