Hello everyone I"m Sarah Considine and I recently watched Forks over Knives and What the Health. I've slowly been transitioning to a vegan meal plan over the past month is it possible to lose body fat strictly through nutrition and the recommendation Dr. McDougall offers? I love exercising but trying to focus more on nutrition now

Yes you can. I find exercise really helps motivate me to eat better. I just feel better when I exercise regularly, especially hiking and biking!
