For all of you who are trying to teach children, or maybe adults, about good nutrition, I was sitting in the dr.'s office waiting room and was reading some magazine like "Shape" or one of those types, and there was an interesting comment from a mother and about how she taught her children about what was healthy. She taught her children that real food came from nature, like apples, potatoes, etc.; while fake food came from factories, like chips, twinkies, etc.
Just thought it was interesting, and quite a simple way to teach about nutrition.
