Hello!! New to the program. I’m going all in for myself my four kids and wife will be sharing some of the journey with me. This morning we were debating no honey in a Whole Foods plant based diet. My wife thinks honey is plant based and not eaten by vegans for animal cruelty reasons. I assume it’s because of the enzymes from bees in the honey. Is there any clarification we can get?
