Hello,
I have just begun the McDougall diet because of very high cholesterol #'s. I understand that I should not eat any oils, including avocados, nuts and seeds, etc. I usually take an Omega 3 supplement which is oil based. Now, because of the oil and seed restriction of the diet I am wondering what i can do to maintain my levels.
(I believe in taking O'3 for mental health, and other benefits.)
Any advice would be appreciated. Gail
