As an addendum...
Food can make a large contribution to our daily water needs.
The beauty of learning, understanding and implementing the principles of calorie density are
1) the lifetime management of our weight is now in our control
2) the foods low in calorie density are also higher in nutrient density so we are assured nutritional adequate diets
3) the foods low in calorie density are also higher in water content so we make a huge contribution to our daily water needs from the best source possible.
