The scientific case against lean animal protein?

Postby brec » Sat May 15, 2021 11:48 am

Jeff,

Context: I've been eating WFPB, no animal products, for 7+ years.

I would appreciate a reminder of the scientific case against lean animal protein, pretty much meaning non-fatty low-mercury fish.

I have no idea how you are able to so often spray a firehouse quantity of links to previous posts, but if you can do that on this questioln it would be great.

Thanks--

Howdy!

This seems like a popular question I often get (not always here) and you can read my response here...

If you have any questions about my response, let me know. I can always spray you with a firehose of links. :)
