I watched a video by Jeff showing how to make quick economic meals using a can of beans, a can of veg of frozen veg, a can of tomatoes and bag of boil a bag brown rice.

Since those days I lost my husband and have a grown child at home on life support.

Trying to get back on track and because child’s care is constant my time to cook is very limited.
