Hey Jeff, I can’t thank you enough for all the work you, McDougall, and Vegsource do. You all have helped me tremendously with my health concerns and I’m forever grateful. The last hurdle I have involves non-dairy milks and I’m guessing my arteries. I tend to get internally cold when drinking any type of non-dairy milk including soy, almond, and oat. The only way I can reverse it is with a lot of fruits and vegetables. I’m not sure if it’s the additives they have like the calcium or something else? I’ll appreciate any information or different methods to sweeten and enjoy my oatmeal/cereal in the morning.
