Potatoes

Postby Canadian » Tue Feb 08, 2022 1:39 pm

I am finding controversy among several medical professionals regarding the effects of potatoes on T2 diabetes. How does one determine the relative safety or danger of consuming potatoes, and yes I know everyone agrees french fries are bad but now I'm questioning other forms of cooked potatoes danger level re: T2 diabetes.
