Just wanted to say a quick hi to everyone and thanks for the warm welcome

Also, thanks for the invitation to be here in the "requests" section and thanks to Dr McDougall for setting up the forum. I am honored to be working with Dr McDougall and his program and helping out here on the board. Some of you may not know this, but as an senior undergraduate student in nutrition, I interned with Dr Mcdougall back in 1994.

I will be checking in on this forum on a regular basis, so please feel free to post any questions and/or comments about health and nutrition here and I will do my best to answer them. If I happen to miss one, just bump it back up to the top and hopefully I will see it.

We will keep this thread as a "read-only" so we do not distract from the topics.
