My son had his friend over to stay the night and the topic wandered to nutrition. I said something about animal meat and how it's not healthy, etc and so on. The little boy who is a sad eater through and through says "meat's at the top of the pyramid so it must be best."
I explained regarding the "eat less" idea about the pyramid but holy cow! I always felt instinctively that things at the "top" were better and here was this little kid giving voice to something I've been talking myself out of for my whole life.

Yike at the very tip is the oil and sugar. I hope the kid doesn't think you eat the most of that.
