Favorite soups from McD books or newsletters?

I made the Mexican Black Bean Tortilla Soup from the Q&E cookbook a few days ago. It was really good! What are some other soups that are your favorites?
Any soup-making tips to share? My tip would be to make the soup liquid taste good with herbs, Braggs liquid aminos, or veggie bouillon before adding it to the soup pot. With good broth and good veggies, you can't go wrong!

Have a great day and thanks for your replies.

My husband and I really love the Potato-Cauliflower Soup from The New McDougall Cookbook, Pg 140.

I have been making this for years. It's very simple with not a lot of ingredients, but oh so good. Highly recommended it.

Bean and corn soup from McD Quick and Easy. Especially if you get really sweet corn kernels, it's absolutely delicious.

I've shopped for the ingredients for your recommended soups today. I'm looking forward to a wonderful soup fest all week! Thanks for the suggestions.
