How much green veg per day?

I know we don't 'do' portions and calories here apart from the rough guideline for 90% of cals from cooked starch. However, I am at a low ebb at the moment and so don't have much appetite.

This will vary from veg to veg of course, but how much green veg per day should I be aiming for, for good nutrition and health as a minimum?

Our focus here is minimally processed starch (70-90% of your intake, by visual volume, on the regular program) with the addition of minimally processed fruits and vegetables.
