I recently discovered honeynut squash and it's so sweet and delicious! It has become my favorite squash. It looks like a tiny butternut squash but it's significantly sweeter than butternut squash and tastes better than butternut squash. You can eat the skin on honeynut squash too. I just remove the seeds, slice it and bake it at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes, then flip the slices over and bake for 10-15 minutes more. I have only found it at Sprouts market and at one Trader Joes market (not all Trader Joe's sell it). I wish the regular markets would carry this squash!

Thanks for the info. I am a squash enthusiast, and have been eating locally grown kabocha every day lately. Yum!!!
I will be heading to TJ's soon to search for a honeynut
