Nutrient dense foods

Postby Jun » Wed Jan 12, 2022 7:28 am

I eat a little spirulina or moringa every day because I don’t eat greens . Are nutrient dense foods such as these supposed to be avoided ? If so, why ?

Supplements should be avoided, except for B12. They don’t add any benefit above whole plant foods. More is not necessarily better, and may have costs both money and overall mortality. There is no need to eat greens if you don’t like them. All the other fruits and vegetables will also do.
