Recipes are from a couple of different McDougall cookbooks, forget which ones. I mainly loved the expression on my daughter's face. Kinda like, "I want to be vegan, but do I have to eat this?!?!?" combined with a laugh! :-P

We laugh a lot together. It's funny you say she looks like me, as she's a clone of her dad, but sometimes there's a faint likeness of me, :^)
