quick & easy McDougall for online demo

Postby KatherineUK » Fri Aug 12, 2022 2:28 pm

I'm going to do some online live cook-along demos (max 1 hour) for a UK FB McDougall group - any suggestions? I was thinking:

corn butter
peppered kale & potato
sweet pea guacamole

any other suggestions for easy compliant dishes please ?

Hey!!! Hi to you, Katherine from across the pond.... :) (Love your tag-line... :-D )

Anyway, I am a challenged cook - so usually would avoid "recipes forum"....

But, that may be helpful to what you are doing!!!

Totally would recommend trying Mary's Slow Cooked beans... Lots of folks love and they are easy peasy...

Also, would recommend JeffN's bean burger recipe. Linking one that is on this site's recipes --- or you could do the regular one...

Sounds like super fun --- hope maybe you can tell us how your demo goes!!!! :D

Cheers,
Stephanie
