At first glance I though "how can anybody do nearly 10 hours of cardio in one day?" but then I remembered it was a weekly goal... Phew! WELL DONE!

Lol, 10 hours in one 1 day I couldn't even imagine.

I've had a rough couple of days at work, lots of meeting, etc. I have to go a meeting today off site and the president of the company was so suppose to go with me but she had to fly out of state for an emergency. She left me instructions of what she wants and doesn't want to happen which are not going to go over well with the others and I'm not looking forward to the reactions. One of the women sent me a b*tchy email yesterday about today's meeting, and she's someone who will react with a angry confrontation. I only sleep 5 hours worrying about today and woke up with a stiff neck.

On the exercise and eating front I've been doing well. Cardio every morning and pilates 2 times.
Menu yesterday 3/10
Oatmeal, blueberries, strawberries
apple
hummus, spinach, tomatoes, carrots on rye and a kale salad.
Homemade chili
Menu for today 3/11
B: oatmeal, blueberries, bananas, Chia seeds
L: left over chili baked potato
D:chef AJ spicy fiesta rice

The meeting didn't go as badly as I thought it would. We are creating a new website and it looks like it will be live for April. I've been working on this project for about 18 months, so I'll be glad when it is finished. I'm jealous, 68 sounds wonderful. Here in New England we are only going to be in the 30's this weekend.
I've been doing well with my exercise and eating. For some reason this week I lost 4.2lbs way more then normal. I ate the same amount and the same types of food and ended the week with 585 cardio minutes, which is basically the same amount as usual.
Menu yesterday 3/12/15
oatmeal, blueberries, bananas, chia seed
apple
leftover veggie chili and baked potato
roasted fingerling potatoes, green bean and asparagus, brown rice, homemade sweet potato falafels
Menu 3/13/15
oatmeal, blueberries, strawberries
apple
homemade sweet potato hummus, 2 corn tortillas(food for life sprouted corn), tomatoes, artichoke hearts, mixed greens, brown rice
pasta with marinara sauce, kale salad

I went to Trader Joes and Whole Foods this morning. Every week I try 1 new vegetable, this week I bought rainbow chard. Can't wait to try it. I also went to the mall, I bought a spring scarf in turquoise, really pretty.
it rained yesterday and was very cold and damp, so I stayed in and read 2 books on my Kindle.
Menu
Steel cut oatmeal with blueberries
Potato, sweet potato black bean hash, so very good!
I had Engine 2 Rip's Big Bowl cereal for a small snack.
Lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, corn, peas, onions and brown rice.

Surprisingly enough, I lost 1.4 lbs this week. Last night I went out to eat with friends. We went to a Mexican restaurant, I asked for steamed veggies, corn tortilla and brown rice. I made sure to drink lots of water to help with the sodium. But between my large weight loss last week and last night's sodium I still lost weight.
B oatmeal, blueberries, bananas
L hummus on rye with tomatoes, artichoke hearts, carrots, spinach and onions. 2 boiled potatoes.
On target with my exercise. So far this week I've got 495 minutes on the treadclimber, this morning my target is an additional 100 minutes.

When someone has been obese and loses a lot of weight people comment on how you look like your losing too much weight and look thin. I'm not the first or only person this has happened to, I've read it on other people's post. For my height the charts say I should weigh between 128 to 154 lbs and I'm 147, so obviously not too thin...not even close.
B: oatmeal, blueberries, bananas, Chia seeds
L: sweet potato falafel, brown rice, rainbow chard with onions and garlic
D: roasted potatoes, asparagus and green beans. Not sure what else.

I'm joining a fitness club with a friend so we can take a spinning class a couple of times a week. I also want to strengthen my arms and core.
I downloaded the e book Whole by T Colin Campbell, Ph d. Right now it's on sale for $1.99 at Barnes and Noble.
