My conclusion? Not only fat, but sometimes "The bagel you eat is the bagel you wear" also!

I'm in my fourth year. Year #1- 45lbs, year #2- 30lbs, year#3- 15lbs. I'll be doing good to end this fourth year (12/31/06) 5 lbs down! I'm post menopausal now and not breaking any speed records, for sure! But this is the way I'm going to be eating for the rest of my life, so I guess I'll get there when I get there. :)

OMG, I gained weight! I have to confess I've been sneaking little pieces of chocolate over the last few days, and generally continuing to eat even after I'm full. It's a big problem for me, and one that gets worse when the weather starts to turn cold.

No change in weight. My daughter and I took pics of each other (our "before" photos) in our exercise clothes and they are going to be put somewhere where we can see them. Hopefully this will keep us on the straight and narrow!!!

I had a great week (for me). In spite of carrying some water weight around from my three indiescretions this week, I still show a 1 lb. loss and I'll take it!!!

This was my first week and it went great! I lost 5 pounds. The week before that I lost 3 pounds but wasn't doing the MWL, still had some tofu and stuff to eat!

Long story, but I have no net change this week, hopefully it's still just the effects of lots of soy sauce and one restaurant meal. I also updated my ticker so that it starts at the weight I started McDougalling at - now it matches what I post on the weigh-in threads. I have actually only lost like 3 pounds in the past couple weeks since I started MWL-ing.

I decided that today is the day I say good-bye to 180 pounds forever. I've been jumping all around that number for months now, and getting tired of it!
It IS the food! :unibrow:

Down 2 lbs from last week

194/140/115

Really looking forward to breaking into the 130s. I've been hovering around 142-145 far too long.
