B - McD's pancakes, added blueberries, maple syrup, "sausage"
S - banana-almond meal-flax-nutmeg-almond milk smoothie
L - salad, lemon & Greek spice dressing, spaghetti squash, marinara, mushrooms
S - pomegranate
D - veggie sushi, salad, Asian ginger dressing (Japanese restaurant)

B- Hash browns w/hot sauce

L- Salad w/veggies ff dressing

D- Green beans w/rice

Snacks- berries, banana

Drink- water :-D

B - split pea/barley soup (It has been cooking all night and smells wonderful. It was suppose to be lunch but I can not wait.) The recipe is based on Nava Atlas's Golden Curried Pea Soup in "Vegetarian Soups for All Seasons"

L - more split pea/barley soup

D - going out to eat (quess it will be a veggie plate at a cafeteria)

S - cole slaw with pineapple and apple

I'm not going out to dinner tonight, so my menu changed. And, guess what - I have curried split pea soup cooking the in the crockpot right now! I improvised mine. Doris, I'll have to find the cookbook you mentioned and see if mine is similar. Anyway, hope we both enjoy!

Mmm, split peas! I'll have to make some soup pretty soon.

B - Oatmeal

L - large salad, black-eyed peas with corn and veggies, 2 bowls of frozen veggies w/homemade tomato sauce

D - large salad, popcorn, maybe a little rice or more veggies

Breakfast: Rice pudding (leftover brown rice, soymilk, raisins, sugar, spices), tea

Lunch: Broccoli with whole wheat pasta

Dinner: Bean and corn soup from McD Quick & Easy, salad
