Very rainy out. Not going to the gym this morning. After an appointment, maybe I'll push there to do cardio. I also have enough stuff at home that I have no excuse not to do something. But, I'm feeling very lazy today. (Probably the weather, though it is to be 62 deg. later.)

I teach aerobics, so 2 classes today.... 120 minutes total. :-D

Two 45 minute brisk walks to/from work

Fit into my smaller sized jeans last night, so I think it's paying off :-)
