Do you do a kickboxing video, or do you take classes? I really want to learn kickboxing, but I'm not sure where to start.

60 Minutes of Kickboxing. I go to a class that is offered here in my town. It is a very good workout.

Hi Darby:

It is a DVD by Cathe Friedrich called Kick Max. The 74 minute DVD involves warm up, kick and punch combos, kickbox/bootcamp blast challenge, leg conditioning drills and stretching.

It is VERY intense!!
