I walked at 3.7 miles per hour for 45 minutes on the treadmill at a 3% incline.
This is really big for me because I HATE the treadmill, I get very bored and want off quickly.

I do too. But I find when I play my walking music I can go on and on! Have you tried it? Also, I do watch TV sometimes; but enjoy the music better, cause I walk to the beat.

Yes I was wearing my iPod so that helped. Sometimes I just can't stand doing "nothing" so I have to tell myself I am exercising and it's worth it.
