Today went awry due to role play session the involves sitting around a table with junk food and taking part in a very exciting game. This happens every two weeks and next time I will have to be better prepared as telling myself I will not partake in the less than good food options was a fail.
Meal 1
1 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup berries, tea, 1/4 cup almond milke
10 min exercise on the stationary bike level 1

1 slice squash, 1/4 cup brown rice, 1/4 cup kale, 1/4 cup beets, 1/2 cup sauteed mushrooms

Meal 5
apple
10 min exercise on the stationary bike level 1
Meal 6
3 slices little ceasers cheese pizze, 1 cup cake, 1 cup diet pepsi
Starting weight : 240lbs, current 235.9 change -4.1
