I hope you are back on track.
It's a simple plan but boy is it hard to find a groove sometimes!! Imagine what you would say to a friend and say that to yourself. It's hard for us to forgive ourselves for stumbling. Our frustration takes over. I know. I've been there many times. Once you realize you want to lose weight and get healthier, there's nothing to do but keep at it.
You can run but you cannot hide!!
I'm like you. When I falter if I just look at cake I want to eat it! At some point you will be able to say no to cake because you know how hard it is to get past the cravings and get back on track.
I hope you will start posting in your journal again. I think it helps keep us focused during the week. Best of luck!
