I had avocado. I was tempted I love it so much. I asked my husband to not buy it anymore (I won’t buy any too). I was sick and the packaged rice was a must. Real, keeping everything simple and easy is the way to go.

I was so hungry and felt wrong to eat that much but I did it anyway trying to trust the process. I made a big pot of soup (leeks, carrots, lentils, potatoes) and enjoy it so much. Easy and convenience is the key, really. I was so tired and enjoyed having packaged rice twice today.

03/14/22

L : same soup, pasta with veggies and salad
S : apple sauce, banana, oats
D : pineaple, pasta with veggies and salad. A kiwi.

Since yesterday, I’m focusing on num 1 « Start each meal with a soup and/or salad and/or fruit ». Happy to take it little by little.

What a strange day of eating. In some cultures, you can’t decline food. This afternoon I had the strict minimum to not be impolite. I had whole wheat bread at lunch (I wonder if it’s ok like brown pasta are fine?). It was good but salty and felt wrong. I froze the leftovers. At diner I was ready to eat « normal » again. I meal prepped a big batch of soup. Truly, the Lenten season helps me a lot.

I love this soup recipe so much ! The base is lentil, potatoes and carrots. Then, I add the veggies that I have (this time spinach and mushrooms). Sometimes I like to mix the lentils, this time I chose red, black and green lentils. Had lots of cravings.

B : bread and Nutella
L : burrito and chips and lemonade
D : pasta and lettuce

Left in a hurry, ate breakfast and lunch at my job. It led to eat with them, the same food as them, and it was no good choices. I really need to realize that I can’t left the house without food. Felt nauseous after all this sugary/fatty foods.
