So it went good for a few days and back to bad habits. I've realize I need accountability. Now that I'm back in lockdown it's going to be easier. I'm back on MWLP since friday and I alrealy feel great.
31/10B : porridge and clementine
L : salad (lettuce, corn, palm heart, cucumber) and rice with veggies
D : miso soup (spinach, mushrooms, cabbage), a tomato, onigiri (everything home made)
A tea and 2 black coffees
I went on a walk so 10/10
01/11B : an onigiri, greeen tea and grappes
L : spinach, tomato, onion, basil and brown pastas
D : potatoes and salad (lettuce, cucumber, carrotts)
I walked so 10/10
